I was alone in our office and no-one was there but me and I felt you know so I took off my shoes and put my feet on the desk and started massaging away at my u kno.

Erm a good excsue is to say that there was alot of pain downstairs and it was cuasing extreme discomfornt,(Or that a quick sharp pain happened and you wanted to see what happened, and wanted to no what was wrong
