He likes women and women are attracted to him. But he never goes to get a manicure or pedicure just a massage once a week. he knows how to dress and not shy to talk to women. Is he Metro?

I would say yes. If he has a %26#039;nack%26#039; for understanding woman in a way that other man can%26#039;t, that would seal the deal.
being metro isn%26#039;t a bad thing though!
